Use as a contact grill:
It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to reach the optimal temperature. Preheating is complete when the green light turns on. Open the grill, place the food you want to grill on the lower rack and close the grill. Cook the grilled food for about 3 to 8 minutes or until golden brown to your liking.

To use as an open grill:
Place the grill on a flat, clean surface. – Press the red button on the right side and open the grill 180° until it is completely flat. Use the open grill to cook fish, vegetables, burgers, meat and poultry
